The Position

We are now expanding our Marketing team in Willebroek and looking for a Customer Demand Strategy Manager with focus-  Functional and Volume. In this role you will be at the forefront of building and executing customer-centric stories and narratives that resonate with our target audiences in the logistics space.  You will work closely with the broader marketing team, sales, and other cross functional leaders & stakeholders in a matrixed organisational structure to develop data-driven strategies, craft tailored content with story owners and deliver high-impact demand generation campaigns. You will take ownership of the customer journey touchpoints from awareness to qualification, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company’s overarching goals and vision.This is a key role in shaping the future of our marketing strategy and drive customer engagement.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on customer demand generation, strategy, and content creation, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or B2B sectors.
  • Proven success in creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies that result in measurable business growth.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to coach on complex topics. Influence and steer colleagues within the marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation best practices, content marketing, and digital marketing channels.
  • Understanding of working in a matrixed organisational structure, balancing priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic proficiency in using marketing technology, CRM tools (e.g,HubSpot), and analytics platforms to measure and optimise campaign performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus.
