The Position

Rental & Used business is one of the areas with fastest growth in Europe and a pillar for company profitability.  It is an area with strong customer focus and a wide range of responsibilities such as Rental, Used, Finance solutions, Asset lifetime optimization, or Fleet Management Centers. 

As a R&U Asset Management Development Manager, you will be responsible for assignment within the area of solution and process development, rental parameters evaluation and adjustments, risk controlling and risk management actions and other crucial important tasks for our R&U business.
You will participate on development of the department’s strategy, lead projects and secure implementation of activities, as well as generate improvement ideas to support efficiency of Rental and Used organization.
You will be closely cooperating with central R&U Commercial area, as well as local operations organizations and other relevant partners.

 

Your Responsibilities
 

Reporting to the Asset Management Group Lead your main challenges will be to:

  • Identify and explore R&U Asset management improvements, developments and  new business practice areas
  • As a Project Manager, you will lead projects and initiatives focused on Asset Management and Product Development
  • Monitor the performance and support planning & forecasting
  • Support continuous governance of key risk areas, including residual values, flexibility, and other critical factors
  • Support activities leading to higher level of governance and policy alignment
  • Be in close contact with local markets to gather experience and reuse for strategy, product & process development
  • Support local MSCOs process standardization efforts
  • Support local R&U organisations on operational activities

Your Profile

Your Profile
 

  • Strong understanding of the rental and sales finance industry, solution structure, principles, and operational aspects
  • Preferably 3 years experience from an MSCO
  • Good analytical capabilities
  • Problem-solving skills & Creative mindset
  • Collaborative way of working and cross functional understanding
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in English (any other language is an asset)
  • Open for traveling within Europe
