The European Key Account Organisation (EKA) is responsible and accountable for business development with key clients in Europe and globally. Working in close cooperation with our 31 national sales companies (MSCOs) in Europe and our functional divisions, we support our customers in their material handling needs and search for optimizing their work flows today and in the future.
The organisation has successfully implemented a work methodology called the “DOJO-process” with the objective to create transparency and consistency with all our stakeholders. The methodology consists of a clear work process supported by the required tools to execute it.
The Position
As EKA Customer Care Manager, you will work as a trusted counterpart to the Account Manager and jointly deliver an extraordinary customer experience to one of our largest customers. You will coordinate the day-to-day activities of a strategic customer account, lead tenders and commercial processes, manage pricing and framework agreements, and ensure consistent implementation across Europe. You will also provide continuity during periods of Account Manager absence and contribute directly to EKA objectives, strategic initiatives and business growth.
Own the end-to-end coordination of European and global tenders, ensuring competitive, high-quality submissions delivered on time.
Drive pricing excellence through effective governance, commercial analysis, profitability assessments, and continuous improvement of customer pricing tools.
Lead the implementation and governance of international framework agreements, ensuring contractual compliance and consistent execution across Europe.
Deliver meaningful business insights through customer reporting, quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders, Account Manager, MSCOs, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.
Coordinate the resolution of commercial and operational challenges while supporting customer-specific projects and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the adoption of innovative solutions, digital services, automation technologies, and connected fleet initiatives that enhance customer value.
The position is based in Willebroek, Belgium.
