Job description

We are now starting the recruitment our  new TMHE Intra Company Transferee (ICT) located at TMHG Business Planning Office in Takahama, Japan. The role is to actively support the TMHE Management Team’s communication with TICO/TMHG by preparing and facilitating meetings, develop and support the decision-making process and material. In this role you act as a window person between the organizations in Europe and Japan.


You will be a part of TMHE Finance / Business Control and join initiatives on both TMHG and TMHE sides typically in a cross-functional approach to support the planning, analysis and follow-up phase of different projects.

 

This position is primarily supporting TIE & TMHE Management in:

  • Secretary and facilitator of the TMHE Board of Directors
  • Business decision making process support (guidelines, execution, approvals)
  • Large investments and M&A (Merger & Acquisition) preparation and decision support
  • Coordination of strategic activities and projects across the TMH regions
  • TMHG meeting coordination (GAM meeting, BCM meeting, etc.)
  • Mid-Term Business Plan & Hoshin process support
  • TMHE Capex reporting & follow-up
  • TMHE Competitors analysis & follow-up

Your Profile

Arenas

Work within the TMHG HQ Office in Takahama, Japan as well as being an off-site member of TMHE Finance / Business Control

Work with the Management groups of TMHE and TMHG as well as other high-level Boards and Forums

Close cooperation with new investment and M&A stakeholders within TIE/TMHE

 

Working Environment

Normal office environments with majority of time at site and with high flexibility to time difference vs Europe

 

Location: Takahama, Japan with an assignment of 2-3 years, starting in April 2026 (introduction) / August 2026 (on site in Japan). The assignment starts with an introduction period at TMHE AB, Mjölby/Sweden and TMHG/Takahama.
