As Manager EKA Service Business, you support EKA management with tools, templates and guidelines etc., and provide relevant training and direct support in tenders and negotiations.

Your responsibilities include supporting a smooth implementation of EKA Service business agreements, proactively give info and support to MSCOs and distributors involved, in order to maximise the full potential of the EKA Service Business.

 Strategic:

  • Closely cooperate with the EKA organisation and local service management (MSCOs and Independent Distributors), securing a common view on the TMHE Service offer and joint ability to convey our value proposition, including relevant training.
  • Establish a common understanding of how service scope relates to pricing, with particular consideration of competitors’ offerings.
  • Contribute to reviews and re-designs of the EKA service pricing and discount matrix, including proactive follow-up of their use in tenders and negotiations.
  • Contribute to development and take lead in implementation of basic guidelines, tools and templates for offering (terms & conditions regarding services, SLAs etc), including relevant training.
  • Faciliate harmonized approach for contract management during different stages of the agreement life cycle (tender, implementation, execution, renewal).

Operational:

  • Direct involvement and support in tenders/negotiations, online and physical meetings, service calculations, pricing contracts, other EKA support.
  • Support the EKA team in deploying framework agreements and ensure local compliance of MSCOs and Independent Distributors.
  • Follow up with EKA management on indexations and renewal of EKA contracts.
  • Periodic and ad-hoc reporting of EKA Service business performance and customer- required info.
  • Follow up and benchmark between countries, recognise and share best practices between MSCOs.
  • Key User for all EKA Service Business tools, pricelists, templates, guidelines etc. Develop and maintain.
  • Cooperate with TMHE parts management regarding EKA parts pricing and purchasing conditions.
  • Escalation point for cross-country customer complaints.

Other:

  • Drive and/or participate in projects.
  • Contribute in special assignments and investigations in the Service Market area.

The role includes some in advance decided travel within Europe.

 

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Solid knowledge about Service Market business and related business models.
  • Good understanding of the material handling industry and its dynamics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret operational data, translate it into insights, and lead fact-based discussions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
