Job description

Toyota Material Handling Europe Supply is entering a period of significant transformation and opportunity. Driven by geopolitical developments and rapid technological advancement, we are strengthening our focus on long-term leadership.

To support this, we are launching the Toyota X30 Program, an exclusive leadership development program aimed at preparing future senior leaders.

The program is designed for individuals with the ambition, capability, and commitment to take overall responsibility for the company’s future, and who aspire to contribute at senior management level.

About the Program

The Toyota X30 Program is a multi-year strategic leadership initiative that combines business-critical assignments, international modules, and tailored personal development. Throughout the program, you will remain in your current role while taking on additional responsibilities and development opportunities.

The program includes a series of modules delivered across international locations, providing a truly global perspective.

As a participant, you will:

  • Work on real, high-impact strategic challenges
  • Collaborate closely with our supply companies in Sweden, Italy and France
  • Gain close exposure to senior leadership
  • Build a strong professional network, both internally and externally

The objective of the program is to prepare you for future roles within TMHE Supplies management teams.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or Legal
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a management team
  • At least 5 years of budget responsibility and/or people management responsibility
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within Toyota
  • Strong proficiency in English
