The Position
We are looking for a Technical Specialist RTLS Partner Solutions to join the Digital Business & Connectivity organisation.
In this role, you will support the deployment of RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) partner solutions across Europe. Working closely with partners, R&D, Service Market and local sales companies, you will contribute to ensuring that new solutions can be deployed, installed and commissioned in a consistent and efficient way.
The position combines technical understanding, coordination and problem solving. It offers the opportunity to work in an international environment while maintaining a strong connection to our service and customer operations. You will report to the Partner Solution & Integration Lead.
Your Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support deployment and market introduction of RTLS partner solutions across Europe.
- Act as a technical contact between partners, local markets and internal functions.
- Contribute to testing, validation and readiness activities together with partners and R&D.
- Support the development and maintenance of deployment, installation and commissioning documentation.
- Support training and knowledge transfer activities towards local organisations.
- Coordinate and follow up technical issues identified during deployment and commissioning.
- Support market onboarding and selected customer implementation projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of deployment processes and ways of working.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a solid technical background and an interest in connecting technology with operational reality.
What you'll bring to this role is likely:
- Experience from service operations, technical support, commissioning, product support, technical documentation or a similar technical environment.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to analyse and solve technical issues.
- Experience of supporting implementation, deployment or introduction of technical solutions is considered an advantage.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving and delivery.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters to different audiences.
- The ability to work independently and coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
This position may be of particular interest to colleagues with experience from service operations, technical support, product support or technical documentation who are looking to broaden their scope in an international specialist role.
