The Position & Your responsibilities
We are looking for a lead of Partner Solutions & Integrations to take ownership of how partner-based solutions are structured and integrated within Digital Business & Connectivity.
The role focuses on partners within RTLS solutions and other OEM-based solutions within fleet management, ensuring they fit into our overall digital ecosystem and can be delivered in a consistent and scalable way across markets.
This is a cross-functional role working between business, product, and technology, with a strong focus on making solutions work in real customer environments.
This role is key to enabling us to scale RTLS partner-based solutions as part of our broader fleet management and logistics offering, while ensuring what we offer can be delivered in practice.
Key responsibilities
- Define and structure RTLS and OEM-based solutions
- Ensure solutions work across mixed fleets and different customer environments
- Drive how partner solutions integrate into I_Site, MyToyota, and data services
- Ensure consistent and scalable integration patterns across systems
- Maintain clarity on partner capabilities and align them with our offering
- Identify and manage gaps between customer needs, partner capabilities, and system integration
- Support markets and key accounts in shaping feasible and scalable solutions
- Act as escalation point for complex or non-standard cases
- Lead and guide integration-focused roles
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development on dependencies and feasibility
In this role you will report to Director Digital Business & Connectivity. You will be part of the Digital Business leadership team and havea team of direct reports (2-3).
