We are looking for a People Support Assistant - Onboarding to be part of our People Support and Development team in our Castleford Business Centre. You will provide high quality support for the People Support team with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
About the role

 The role will involve managing the recruitment process from start to finish with a focus on recruiting the best people to join the company in a timely manner and within budget.
On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
Support the People Development team with the facilitation of face to face and online learning.
Create new and audit current job adverts and job descriptions.
Search for potential candidates and make contact to promote vacancies.
Set up interviews and follow up with feedback.
Develop and update reports related to HR and recruitment.
Provide support for the functional HR team including HR calls, welfare calls, meetings and processing.
Support our Fleet team with basic administration tasks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Good organisations skills and time management skills.
Competency on Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media.
Ability to work well with varied tasks and under pressure.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide financial, commercial and operational support to promote growth, profitability and business change by working closely with key business stakeholders in Leicester.

About the role
On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
Producing a variety of financial, commercial and operational analytical reports
Supporting the Business Control team in both operational and financial decisions
Identifying opportunities to make effective data-led decisions across the business
Working on monthly variance accounts and variance analysis
Providing month-end support to the business - including calculating bonus and overtime payments&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We are looking for somebody who has experience in an accounting, statistical analysis or a planning role to provide analytical, commercial and financial support also to support the cross divisional objectives of the Business Control team.
