We are currently seeking an Embedded Developer to join our team at R&amp;D Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Sweden. As an Embedded Developer you will be working on designing and implementing the software for our future Embedded Linux platform which is built with Yocto. Additionally, you will be working on the development and distribution of containerized applications on the platform and maintaining our current connectivity platform. As an Embedded Developer at Toyota Material Handling you will be:
Involved in the design and development of our platforms for IoT and assistance systems.
Our systems are utilized to enhance efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety in the operation of our vehicles and their surroundings. Currently, we are working with Embedded Linux (Yocto) and RTOS-based systems. Development is carried out in C, C++, and Python.

In our team, we oversee the entire lifecycle of the subsystem, from hardware and software requirements to implementing and monitoring the final product on customer vehicles. As an Embedded Developer, you will have extensive collaboration with stakeholders within the company both nationally and internationally, as well as externally with users and suppliers. You are expected to work independently and take initiative in architectural and technological decisions, while also being a team player who can lead the way and work on development together with the team.

For the role of Embedded Lead Developer, we are looking for someone who is/have: 
Experience in embedded systems, focusing on Embedded Linux (Yocto) and programming in C and C++. Experience with Python and CAN is considered a plus.  
A good habit and ability to collaborate with others.  
Strong interest in technology with thorough understanding to contribute own ideas regarding new technology and architecture.  
A strong sense of responsibility and strives to deliver a final product of high quality.  
Good English language skills. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.&lt;br /&gt;

The Position
We are now looking for a Buyer to join our Corporate Purchasing. You will join the team that works with after market activities toward Toyota Material Handling Europe Logistics
In this role you will set up plans for performing negotiations and create RFQs with full cost lifecycle in mind, moving in an international context. This is a great role for you who are at the beginning of you career or recently graduated. In this role it is necessary that you have a willingness to be able to travel.
In this role you will report to Carl Boman Danevad, Manager Purchasing Operations TMHEL

Your Responsibility
Contribute to the development and optimization of procurement processes, with a strong focus on continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Mainly operate across operational activities with some tactical &amp; strategical purchasing initiatives
Own and manage the commercial performance for assigned purchasing activities, including cost, quality, and supplier performance
Drive cost reduction initiatives and support business objectives through effective sourcing and supplier collaboration
Negotiate, establish, and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring all agreements are aligned with company policies and properly documented
Build and develop long-term, sustainable supplier relationships that meet both corporate requirements and stakeholder needs
Ensure alignment between purchasing activities and internal stakeholders across functions such as order management, parts service support, warehouse and quality
Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the supply base and take appropriate actions to secure supply continuity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile
1–2 years of experience in a Buyer / Junior Buyer or similar procurement role, preferably within a corporate environment
Proven ability to support and conduct supplier negotiations, contributing to commercially advantageous terms and conditions
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier agreements in line with company policies
Strong understanding of compliance requirements and ability to ensure adherence to internal processes and external regulations
Technical understanding or interest is considered a strong advantage, especially in industrial or manufacturing environments
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is highly meritorious – with the willingness to learn and develop within this area
MS Office skills e.g. Excel, Power Point or ability to acquire these skills in an easy way
Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience&lt;br /&gt;

The Position
At Toyota Material Handling Europe, we are now expanding our European R&amp;D organisation with a new Project Manager R&amp;D. You will join a strong team in our Project Management Office that thrives on collaboration and innovation in an inspiring environment and be part of our continued journey of innovation and growth. We lead projects within solutions for automated vehicles, energy &amp; materials, smart &amp; connected trucks as well as all types of warehouse trucks.
In this role you will manage the full project lifecycle—from concept and development through industrialization and production launch., ensuring alignment with company standards, quality requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks throughout the project.
Together with your colleagues you will also contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, supporting the development and direction of R&amp;D initiatives.
You will report to the Manager R&amp;D Project Lead.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and drive projects to successful delivery by engaging, motivating, and guiding cross-functional teams, proactively addressing challenges and removing obstacles.
Establish and manage high-performing project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Identify project risks and deviations early and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
Plan, develop, and continuously monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
Ensure transparent and structured communication by providing regular updates to sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes, tools, and ways of working. 

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile
Proven experience from an industrial or technical environment, with a solid foundation in project management within R&amp;D or product development.
Demonstrated track record in leading projects and cross-functional teams, either as a Project Manager or in senior technical/Agile leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, certification in PMI/IPMA or ISO 21 500 methodologies are an advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The Position
At Toyota Material Handling Europe, we are now expanding our European R&amp;D organisation with a new Manager. In this role as Manager R&amp;D Project Management Office you will lead and develop your team of Project managers ensuring governance, coordination and execution support in our R&amp;D development programs. Working cross functionally with internal stakeholders as well as external collaborators, your work contributes and support forums, decision making and prioritisation within R&amp;D.
This role is crucial to ensure a consistent and professional project and program management approach within Toyota Material Handling Europe R&amp;D, always with quality, cost, time and functionality as a priority.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure successful delivery of R&amp;D development programs, aligning execution with agreed objectives
Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, driving excellence in planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and transparent reporting
Establish standardized ways of working, including governance, processes, and frameworks across project, program, and portfolio management
Resource and capability planning, ensuring the right competencies and capacity to meet evolving short- and mid-term business needs
Drive portfolio alignment and prioritisation as a member of the PMO R&amp;D Steering Committee, ensuring focus on highest-value initiatives
Monitor performance proactively identifying risks, resolving bottlenecks, enabling continuous improvement across programs
Continuously develop and mature the PMO function, strengthening tools, methodologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile
3+ years of leadership experience within R&amp;D, product development, or project/program management environments
Demonstrated success leading senior specialists and/or project managers, fostering high-performing, accountable teams
Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies within complex technical development settings
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and management of development programs, with the ability to structure, prioritize, and drive execution in complex, multi-stakeholder delivery landscapes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating between technical and non-technical audiences
People-centric leadership style, with the ability to balance strategic, operational, and people-related challenges
Analytical and data-driven mindset, track performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
