2026-6201 - Deployment Specialist - Rental & Used Solutions

Category : Active Jobs/Sales and Sales Support
Contract type : Permanent
Position description :
The Position
Within Rental & Used Commercial, we develop solutions that help our markets strengthen their customer offering and grow their business. As our Rental & Used Solutions – Deployment Specialist, you will help turn these commercial concepts into practical execution across our European Marketing & Sales Companies.
You will work at the point where commercial strategy meets market execution: supporting countries during rollout, driving adoption, following performance and helping translate market feedback into concrete improvement actions
You will report to the Rental & Sales Finance Solutions Group Lead.

Your Responsibility
You will work closely with our European markets and with colleagues across Rental & Used Commercial, Operations, Marketing and other TMHE functions.
A key part of your role will be to bring Rental & Used solutions successfully into the markets. You will coordinate rollout activities across countries and sales channels, support local teams during implementation and help ensure that agreed plans are translated into action.
You will also follow how our solutions are performing. By analyzing deployment, adoption, business performance and market feedback, you will help identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. At the same time, you will be an important connector within our European network: building relationships across countries and functions, facilitating communication and helping different stakeholders move towards successful execution.
You will also lead or support cross-country projects and commercial initiatives, ensuring that objectives are delivered on time and within scope. These responsibilities directly reflect the formal deliverables for the position, including European solution deployment, KPI reporting, growth support and cross-country project execution.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys making things happen in an international and cross-functional environment.
You combine a structured and analytical approach with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. You are comfortable working with different countries and cultures, can bring people together around a common objective and are able to translate business insights into practical actions.
Knowledge of Rental & Used operations and the equipment lifecycle is preferred. A broader understanding of areas such as Sales, Service, Products, Supply and Commercial Finance will help you succeed in the role.
You bring a Bachelor-level degree or equivalent, at least two years of experience in a cross-functional environment, ideally connected to Rental & Used, and at least two years of Sales Support experience involving external customers, ideally at National Account level or above. You are fluent in English and willing to travel within Europe according to business needs.
