TMHE Logistics, part of TMHE, is operating spare part and forklift distribution covering the full supply chain process from purchase to final handover of the goods to technicians, dealers, and customers. The company has 4 sites across Europe from where we operated with more than 300 colleagues to serve customers over the globe.
The position
We are searching for an Operational Control &amp; Digital Automation specialist to join our Operational control and analytics team, The position is reporting directly to Logistics Operational Control and Analytics Manager.
The job position can be based in one of our warehouses in Europe: Willebroek (Belgium), Mjölby (Sweden), Crespellano (Italy). Periodical short travels within EU are expected.
Your responsabilities
You will:
Understand core processes and data structures to monitor performance and identify recurring and non-recurring performance issues; develop and execute monitoring routines ensuring performance control on critical points; design and contribute to the development of KPIs and analytical tools to support performance tracking
Deliver data driven process improvements proposals and facilitate or lead process change using an end-to-end perspective
Act as an SAP expert (SAP S/4HANA &amp; SAP GUI)
Promote and lead data quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Identify and support digital automation opportunities by mapping processes in detail and translating them into automation-ready designs
Implement and monitor automation solutions using VBA, RPA, bots, Power Automate and AI-based tools; develop and maintain ABAP code within SAP environment&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile
A Data-Scientist or a Data oriented Supply Chain graduate with solid SAP experience, who understands supply chain processes and data and can build automation solutions (VBA, RPA, Power Automate, ABAP), while effectively working across teams to improve performance end-to-end. Being a team player is a must.
Relevant working experience includes 3–7+ years in roles such as Operations or Supply Chain, SAP Functional or Technical Consultant, Business or Process Analyst, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Logistics or Procurement Controller.&lt;br /&gt;
