We are searching for a Warehouse Engineer for TMHE Logistics’ Central Warehouse, located in Willebroek.
The Warehouse Engineer designs, optimizes, and maintains warehouse processes, layouts, equipment, and systems to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and performance. The role combines engineering principles with hands-on operational insight, with a strong focus on automation, data, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibility
Optimizing warehouse processes and layouts, using time studies, value‑stream mapping, and TPS tools
Evaluating and maintaining warehouse equipment and technologies, including racking, conveyors, and pick‑assist systems
Driving data‑based performance improvements, developing KPIs, dashboards, and root‑cause analyses
Ensuring safety and compliance, conducting risk assessments, audits, and creating SOPs and ergonomic standards
Collaborating across teams, supporting operations in all Toyota Material Handling Europe Logistics warehouses and training supervisors and operators
Supporting automation projects, including Autostore, AGVs, and 3D packing, while monitoring uptime, OEE, and reliability&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile
Experience with warehouse operations and layout design (AutoCAD or similar).
Knowledge of WMS, barcode/RFID systems, and material handling automation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills (time studies, data analysis, root-cause).
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to travel and support other warehouses within Toyota Material Handling Europe Logistics.&lt;br /&gt;

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who will lead the spare‑parts warehouse operations and ensure that Toyota Material Handling Europe Logistics delivers the right parts to the TMH Europe network in line with customer needs.
Location: TMHE Logistics Central Warehouse, Willebroek
Your Responsibility 
Your responsibilities will be:
Leading and developing the warehouse team, ensuring training, appraisals, and strong alignment with Toyota values
Securing efficient spare‑parts operations, including stock organization, zoning, and optimized flows
Planning and managing resources, anticipating needs based on activity indicators, sales plans, and budget
Ensuring compliance and safety, including Dangerous Goods handling and adherence to health, safety, quality, environmental, and energy standards
Driving continuous improvement, supporting TPS implementation and contributing to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Overseeing financial and operational performance, including budget follow‑up and identifying investment needs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree from a Technical University or has relevant to the job studies in Logistics Business/ Supply Chain/ Business Management. A minimum 5-year professional experience as a leader in a logistics industry – preferred in medium/large scale companies is a prerequisite. The candidate must have strong communication, problem solving, teamworking and analytical skills. A good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards and a proven leadership experience fill in the profile requirements.
An excellent knowledge of English is necessary.&lt;br /&gt;

The Position 
We are searching for a Quality &amp; Sustainability Specialist for TMHE Logistics’ Central Warehouse, located in Willebroek. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 norm, while simultaneously contributing to the corporate sustainability agenda. You will develop the necessary skills to become a local reference in quality standards and a strategic support figure for our global ESG goals, including the ambitious roadmap toward carbon neutrality. 
Your Responsibility

You will assist the TMHEL Quality &amp; Sustainability Senior Manager in the IMS implementation and related change strategy, while also providing support at a corporate level for the oversight of sustainability initiatives, specifically regarding the strategic roadmap toward carbon neutrality. Your focus will be on the operational side of process standardization within the Willebroek warehouse. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a subject matter expert in both quality management and corporate ESG alignment.
In Willebroek warehouse your activity will involve you in:
Supporting the local coordination of the TMHEL Integrated Management System (IMS) for the WLB warehouse.
Acting as a primary point of contact for capturing information &amp; feedback from local peers.
Identifying and flagging potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
Assisting local peers with questions regarding the QMS system, integrated processes, and T-QMS.
Assisting in the preparation and planning of internal/external audits.
Participating in internal audits at the WLB central warehouse.
Tracking the progress of audits and assist in monitoring the closure of corrective actions.
Promoting a "Quality Culture" by coaching colleagues on standard procedures and supporting the transition.
Supporting the monitoring of sustainability activities, specifically regarding ESG reporting and the follow-up of the TMHE Net Zero project, aimed at the abatement of Scope 1, 2, and 3 CO2 emissions by 2040.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and a strong interest in T-QMS platform adoption. Prior experience or knowledge of ESG regulations and sustainability frameworks is a plus (a strong "will-to-learn" is essential).
Good communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly to colleagues.
Analytical and data driven mindset: able to interpret wide data sets, spot inconsistencies, and "flag" issues to make them visible.
Self-motivated character, capable of working autonomously on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
Fluent Flemish and English are required.&lt;br /&gt;
