Job description

The Position 
We are now looking for a Workshop Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the area of workshop operations. Governing and improving workshops, warehouse and internal logistics standardization, quality, efficiency and supporting all MSCOs. This position involves some travelling within Europe. 
In this role you will report to Nathan Van Der Burg, Workshop Operations Group Lead.
Your Responsibility 
Identify, design and provide continuous improvement recommendations related to process improvements as identified in the Workshop strategy. 
Collaborate with members in the Workshop Operational Committee (WOC) and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. 
Facilitate and document business processes and redesign processes through collaboration with the Workshop Operational Committee (WOC) and obtain approval from the WOC for the (re)design. 
Support the implementation of the Workshop Operation Policy within TMHE (Toyota Material Handling Europe). 
Support the business perspective towards our IS for system improvements related to process improvements. 
Manage projects connected to strategic and decided process improvements, and ensure improvements are implemented across Europe.

Your Profile 
Minimum Bachelor Education or proven experience in managing a team and area expertise. Education must support knowledge, skills and abilities either through education or proven experience and qualifications. 
Previous experience implementing process improvements on a MSCO or an enterprise level. 
Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders while facilitating change management on a MSCO or enterprise level. 
Experience facilitating meetings and leading cross-functional groups.

Snapphanetruck AB har verkstad och huvudkontor i Hässleholm. Företaget säljer truckar över hela Sverige och har en serviceorganisation som täcker stora delar av Götaland. Vår affärsidé är att köpa in begagnade truckar från Linde och Toyota, ta dem till vår verkstad i Hässleholm där de rekonditioneras och genomgår vårt noggranna kvalitetssystem i produktionen. Därefter levererar vi en truck i nyskick, anpassad efter kundens önskemål. Vi erbjuder även nya Toyotatruckar som specialanpassads efter kundens behov. Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som lager- och reservdelsansvarig ansvarar du för att säkerställa ett effektivt reservdelsflöde i verksamheten. Det innebär att rätt reservdelar finns tillgängliga i rätt antal och vid rätt tidpunkt. I rollen ingår bland annat att:
Ansvara för lagerhantering och reservdelsflöde
Hantera in- och utleveranser
Kontrollera beställningspunkter och lagernivåer
Genomföra analyser av flöde och lagerstatus
Stötta våra verkstadstekniker och resande servicetekniker med reservdelar
Hantera kontakter med leverantörer
Förhandla priser och avtalsvillkor
Följa upp och utvärdera leverantörers prestationer
Fakturering
Du arbetar aktivt med att utveckla och optimera reservdelshanteringen för att skapa ett effektivt och välfungerande lager.

Din bakgrund / Dina egenskaper
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har teknisk bakgrund inom mekanik, exempelvis från arbete med truckar, entreprenadmaskiner, lantbruksmaskiner, fordon eller annan teknisk serviceverksamhet. Erfarenhet av reservdelshantering eller lagerarbete är meriterande. Vi tror att du är en person som tycker om att analysera, organisera och optimera arbetsflöden. Du har ett öga för detaljer och strävar alltid efter hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i ditt arbete. Du har även en god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att ha många kontaktytor, både internt med våra verkstadstekniker och servicetekniker samt externt med leverantörer. Vi ser gärna att du:
 Har teknisk/mekanisk bakgrund
Har erfarenhet av reservdelar, lager eller verkstadsmiljö
Är strukturerad och analytisk
Har god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga
Trivs i en praktisk och teknisk miljö
Har erfarenhet av affärssystem (erfarenhet av Pyramid är starkt meriterande)

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Vem är det vi letar efter?
Vi söker efter dig som har en akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi eller juridik.
