The position
Parts Market Support is responsible to drive the definition of spare parts (before order) securing that it matches market demand and our parts strategy. Our continuous aim is to provide on-time delivery of the definition of spare parts allowing for the best local service to our customers.
As a Parts Documentation Author, you will be an important part of the Parts Market Support organization in giving our customers reliable parts documentation. You will join our dynamic and international Parts Documentation team which is based in Mjölby (SE), Ancenis (FR) and Bologna (IT).
Your Responsibility 
Follow the development of our existing products.
Maintaining contact with Manufacturing R&amp;D, Special Products and suppliers to ensure high quality documentation of Repair Parts.
Create and update parts documentation illustrations, and spare part information.
Together with our Part Documentation team, produce customer specific documentation for both internal and external customers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile
You are interested in technology and have a good technical understanding and read 3D illustrations.
Preferably you have experience with illustrator tools and ideally with Content Management System (CMS).
High level of commitment to due dates and tasks.
You have a bachelor level degree or equivalent working experience in a technical profession.
Fluent written and spoken English is an asset.&lt;br /&gt;

Tjänsten
Vill du leda affärskritiska utvecklingsprojekt i en internationell miljö där teknik, affär och AI möts? Vi söker nu en projektledare till vårt Projektkontor inom IS/IT – en roll för dig som vill driva utveckling och implementering av digitala lösningar med tydlig affärsnytta.
Som projektledare ansvarar du för att driva IS/IT-projekt genom förstudie, upphandling och genomförande, där lösningen överlämnas till förvaltande organisation och affären realiserar de faktiska värdena. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och leder tvärfunktionella team tillsammans med interna och externa specialister, leverantörer och beslutsfattare.
Projekten varierar i innehåll – det kan handla om allt från utveckling av nya digitala lösningar och effektivare arbetsprocesser till införande av plattformar, systemuppgraderingar och AI-relaterade initiativ. AI är ett växande område inom Toyota Material Handling Europe och en naturlig del av flera projekt, där du som projektledare får möjlighet att driva initiativ från tidig analys till implementerad lösning.
Du kommer ingå i ett projektkontor som driver digital transformation brett inom organisationen. Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en trygg och erfaren projektledare med god förmåga att leda projekt i gränslandet mellan teknik och affär.
Du är strukturerad, resultatorienterad och har ett naturligt driv att ta projekt från idé till leverans. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende och få med dig både specialister och beslutsfattare i komplexa sammanhang.
Ca 5–10 års erfarenhet av att leda projekt inom IT eller digitalisering.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva projekt end-to-end, inklusive budget- och resursansvar.
Vana att arbeta med externa leverantörer, upphandling, kravställning och testarbete.
Erfarenhet av att leda förändring och driva utvecklingsinitiativ i organisationer
Erfarenhet av digitalisering och affärsutveckling; erfarenhet eller intresse för AI- och datarelaterade projekt är meriterande
Akademisk utbildning inom teknik/IT eller motsvarande

The Position
We are now strengthening our R&amp;D organisation by finding a new Director PMO . In this role you will join the R&amp;D management team and report directly to the SVP R&amp;D. You will take ownership of the Project Management Office and responsibility for all project and portfolio management within the R&amp;D entities in Sweden, Italy and France, ensuring an efficient and effective execution of programs across the organisation.
This role involves creating, organizing, and implementing strategies and business programs to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate with executive leadership to define program priorities, implement opportunities, and address challenges.
The role may require occasional travel, primarily within Europe.
Your Responsibilities 
Ensure completion of all programs per the agreed time plans, meeting all key program requirements for quality, cost, delivery.
Align programs with organizational goals and prioritize initiatives based on value.
Managing and allocating resources across programs according to priorities, schedules, and budgets
Establish PMO as a Centre for ExcellenceStrengthening our program management capabilities across the organization
Define and standardize program management methodologies.  Establish and maintain a consistent approach to program oversight and performance reporting.
Lead strategic planning and program governance for the organization.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your Profile
At least 5-10 years of program manager experience, with the ability to identify, analyse and convey key insights on program health.
Proven background within product development, leading to successful product launch
Demonstrated managing experience from complex programs with multiple dependencies
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects from concept through delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills be able to gain consensus and deal with sensitive issues in a tactful manner. 
Fully proficient in technical English, both written and spoken
